Ekerhan Seyahat has launched its ‘Women Power’ project, which aims for women to take a strong place in transport as drivers, hostesses and operations professionals. The project is designed as a natural extension of the company's quality culture, built on a zero-error principle.
Trust, care and precision: the foundation of Women Power
For a company that carries employees, students and guests every day, the most valuable capital is trust. Within the project, women take on roles ranging from staff and school shuttle driving to VIP chauffeuring, from school-bus escort duties to operations planning, in a working environment where they feel safe.
